Cooling System Controllers

Take control of your engines cooling; electric coolant pumps have many advantages for race cars.

• Less energy to run
• Light weight
• Isolated from engine vibrations

They always operate at the optimum rotational speed, completely independent of engine RPM, providing optimum cooling at idle, red-line and any where in between. The engine can also be cooled down when it is not running.

They require less power to run than a conventional engine driven pump for two main reasons; they only run when needed and they don’t have to push coolant through a restrictive thermostat. During warm-up and while racing in cool conditions, it consumes very little power compared to an engine driven pump that is trying to push coolant through a closed thermostat.

Though not always true, electric coolant pumps can be a lot lighter than the parts they are replacing.

They can be installed in a vibration isolation mount and positioned in a cooler part of the engine bay. This helps the pump live longer and helps with cooling system efficiency.

Bulkhead Plugs & Grommets

The perfect way to plug or grommet a round, square or rectangular hole in your bulkhead of firewall. These plugs and grommets are 3D printed with TPU (a tough flexible plastic) and are customized to the customers specific dimensions. Click here for more information.
